Site Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate with Operations to plan, organize, and execute capital projects, including outage, contractor, and equipment management.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through policies, procedures, process documentation, and demand-driven operational strategies.
• Develop innovative improvements focused on customer satisfaction, fulfillment, flexibility, speed, and responsiveness.
• Define area layouts and manufacturing processes, and design or select equipment, programs, and tooling.
• Program PLCs and justify and implement engineering solutions using established tools, methodologies, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, perform computer-based work, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/E.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement.
• Experience managing capital projects and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, organizational, and prioritization skills.
