Maintenance Technician (Utility)

Location: Nikom Amata City Rayong, Thailand; onsite day and night shift work with overtime

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and repair facility and utility equipment, including boilers, air compressors, chillers, water treatment systems, HVAC, and pest control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain equipment records, report issues, and support production schedules to minimize downtime.
• Modify machine controls to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform minor mechanical installation work and monitor plant upgrade projects delivered by external contractors.
• Collaborate with other functions and follow EHS, Thai FDA, GQP, ISO 13485, GMP, and internal SOP requirements.

Requirements

• High Vocational degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant utility maintenance experience covering electrical and mechanical work.
• Ability to work day and night shifts.
• Ability to understand and follow operation, EHS, quality, and GMP specifications and SOPs.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Ability to collaborate with other functions to achieve shared goals.
