Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services (IT Support) (Windows/macOS, Office 365, Intune): Diagnosing, configuring, installing, and supporting desktop computers, monitors, mobile devices, operating systems, and common applications at the customer's place of business with an accent on hardware, software, and endpoint support. Focus on performing IMAC activities, configuring workstations and mobile devices, providing remote Office 365 support, and resolving low-complexity platform issues.

What you will do
- Diagnose, configure, and install common applications, desktop PCs, and monitors.
- Provide Office 365 support for workstations and mobile devices.
- Perform IMAC activities, including installs, moves, additions, and changes.
- Build and configure systems by following provided scripts.
- Provide hardware and platform assistance at customer business locations.
- Resolve low-complexity software break/fix and related desktop support issues.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems through the current version and four prior generations, or Apple current OS through one prior version.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot desktop computers, monitors, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Ability to provide customer assistance at the customer's place of business in Los Angeles, California.
