What you will do

• Conduct legal research projects on employment-related matters.
• Draft written discovery requests and responses, motions, legal correspondence, and legal updates.
• Observe and participate in strategic planning for depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Participate in witness interviews and client meetings.
• Complete a wide variety of assignments during the 10-week summer associate program.

Requirements

• Second-year law student participating in the 2027 summer associate program.
• Class standing in the top third.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Extracurricular activities demonstrating leadership, commitment, and time management.
• Undergraduate degree demonstrating academic excellence and critical thinking, plus interest in management-side labor and employment law.
