What you will do

• Set up, optimize, and report on paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snap.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations to customers.
• Support weekly customer syncs and execute customer requests with team members.
• Perform daily campaign optimizations and execute testing roadmaps.
• Learn and use hirify.global's creative and automation tools for social media advertising.
• Share product feedback with product and engineering teams to improve existing and new tool capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media advertising and emerging advertising platforms.
• Some experience with media buying.
• Data-focused mindset with the ability to distill difficult concepts into clear, concise insights.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation to learn quickly, contribute early, and make an impact.
