Part-Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, Philippines; working hours aligned with AU Time

Salary: PHP 35,000–65,000 per month

What you will do

• Plan, create, publish, and schedule organic content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Grow social media audiences, monitor engagement, test formats, optimise posting times, and respond to trends.
• Develop platform strategies that maximise reach while complying with content policies and reducing content suppression.
• Improve website search rankings through keyword research, content optimisation, SEO articles, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Use AI tools to create content, images, marketing assets, captions, articles, campaign ideas, and productivity workflows.
• Support email campaigns, landing page optimisation, competitor research, reporting, promotional campaigns, and digital billboard advertising.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong SEO knowledge and advanced experience with Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, and TikTok marketing.
• Experience growing social media accounts organically and understanding social media algorithms.
• Experience using AI tools for marketing and strong written English.
• Excellent attention to detail; highly organised, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work AU Time hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or restricted industries and working within advertising limitations.
• Graphic design skills with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing skills with CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, digital outdoor advertising, or basic bookkeeping.
