Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager (AI/Legal Tech)

What you will do

• Own LinkedIn strategy and execution, including publishing, engagement, and organic audience growth.
• Coordinate comments, engagement, and cross-promotion across team networks to amplify posts.
• Track and report on campaign and content performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support copywriting and content creation for a professional, white-collar audience.
• Manage additional social channels such as Instagram as the digital presence expands.
• Update basic website content, monitor the marketing ecosystem, and communicate progress and blockers proactively.

Requirements

• Broad-based marketing experience across content, distribution, engagement, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn distribution mechanics and organic audience growth.
• Ability to interpret marketing performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent English writing skills for a corporate and professional audience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Confidence using AI tools, learning new marketing platforms, and communicating proactively.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, legal, technology, or professional services marketing.
