Pay range: USD 24–28 per hour

What you will do

• Review industry codes and standards for plate structures and industrial structure design.
• Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, bills of material, estimates, and bid documents for energy infrastructure projects.
• Support piping-system design, process design, equipment specification, summary reports, and presentation documentation.
• Design and analyze plate structures and structural systems, including capacity ratings for proprietary equipment.
• Review proprietary equipment with fall-protection anchors, crane rigging, lift plans, and other construction methods.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, seek feedback, and adapt through ongoing development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Welding Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Junior or Senior standing with at least one applicable upper-level design course.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, build credibility, and collaborate across the business.
• Leadership capability, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and interest in the company’s business.
