Digital Business Systems Analyst (ERP)

Location: On-site in Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA; candidates need to be located in Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Define business requirements with stakeholders to shape customer, consumer, and internal digital experiences.
• Implement digital business applications for customer and employee experiences.
• Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business-user requirements.
• Map business processes and write agile stories.
• Coordinate QA and lead UAT testing, including issue management.
• Investigate data discrepancies, diagnose root causes, identify risks, and propose system and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and external consultants on solution recommendations.
• Experience with digital software implementations, requirements gathering, and best practices.
• Experience coordinating and leading user acceptance testing and QA testing.
• Ability to map business process flows and journey maps, analyze data, resolve problems, and identify risks or improvements.
• Experience with ERP integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or NetSuite.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst certification or similar certification.
• Experience writing agile stories in Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Salesforce, customer portal applications, MuleSoft, customer data platforms, or large data and integration projects.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials.
