Senior Manager - S&OP Transformation & Optimisation

What you will do

• Co-own the development and implementation of the S&OP strategy across the ANZ Zone.
• Lead major logistics transformation, productivity, and CAPEX projects from design and planning through implementation and change management.
• Drive change adoption and collaborate with functional leads, business units, zones, and senior stakeholders.
• Own the S&OP KPI dashboard, analyze structural performance causes, and ensure transparent logistics reporting.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking and facilitate knowledge sharing to identify best practices.
• Standardize sustainable processes and tools across zones, including Log.os, while optimizing inventory, supplier contracts, costs, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, S&OP, logistics processes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading and executing complex projects.
• Knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and sustainability principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
