MI Operations Specialist (Fluent in English + French)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; 100% remote role

What you will do

• Receive and document calls, chats, and emails from patients, healthcare providers, investigative sites, and other external customers.
• Respond to product enquiries using approved call scripts and reference resources.
• Summarize reports and capture adverse event and product quality information.
• Create concise case records covering patient symptoms, admissions, results, and relevant medical terminology.
• Generate case queries and clarify or investigate missing safety information.
• Process pharmacovigilance and lifecycle safety data according to project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field is mandatory.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is mandatory.
• Ability to process safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Ability to meet project quality standards and demonstrate problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Up to three years of previous clinical experience.
• One year of pharmacovigilance experience.
