Focus on determining event status, entering and coding cases in databases, writing narratives, conducting literature-related activities, and coordinating with healthcare professionals.

Location: 100% home-based in Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

Process and assess safety data according to applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
Collect and track incoming Adverse Events and endpoint information.
Determine the initial or update status of incoming events and enter cases into the database.
Code Adverse Events and products, write case narratives, and perform literature-related activities.
Maintain quality, productivity, and delivery standards while liaising with functional teams and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
Up to 3 years of previous clinical experience is desirable.
Pharmacovigilance experience is valued, particularly around 1 year.
