NASC Support Accounting Analyst (SAP): Supporting accounting operations in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, including reconciliations, month-end closing, tax roll-forwards, financial reporting, invoicing, cross-charging, and accounts receivable with an accent on accurate recording, compliance, and operational support for the IMMEX program. Focus on coordinating with Controlling, Tax, Customer Services, Procurement, and Intercompany teams, managing fixed assets, and supporting audits.

What you will do
- Perform account reconciliations and support accurate recording, analysis, and monitoring of financial transactions.
- Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
- Prepare tax roll-forwards for VAT, income, and expenses.
- Manage invoicing, cross-charging, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Support customer services, audits, and the IMMEX program.
- Coordinate with Controlling, Tax, Procurement, Intercompany, and other internal support areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Three years of experience in general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and internal customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel macros.
- Experience supporting accurate financial reporting and accounting operations.
Nice to have
- Power BI experience.
- English at B2 level.
- Knowledge of IMMEX.
