What you will do

• Lead day-to-day project management for ROW market expansion initiatives, ensuring critical milestones are met.
• Act as a subject matter expert for FPI global sales and operations processes, adapting them for local market nuances.
• Leverage Salesforce expertise to streamline customer onboarding, optimize workflows, and triage operational errors.
• Serve as a fleet customer advocate, educating local teams on FPI products and SaaS offerings.
• Partner with global product, marketing, and local operations teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve in-market concerns.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including modem activation rates and onboarding success, to refine expansion strategies.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorised to work in Australia (verification required upon hire).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, sales operations, or customer enablement.
• Deep, practical understanding of FPI Global sales and operations processes and fleet customer business models.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, specifically regarding customer onboarding and sales workflows.
• Must be able to work on-site 4 days per week at the IMG Product Development Hub in Broadmeadows.
