TL;DR
Sr Software Engineer (.NET) (C#/ASP.NET, SQL): Supporting and maintaining mission-critical enterprise applications in a production environment with an accent on application support, troubleshooting, release management, and incident response. Focus on root cause analysis, performance monitoring, automation, and resolving high-severity incidents within established SLAs.

What you will do
- Provide L2/L3 application support for mission-critical enterprise applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within established SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
- Monitor application health and system performance using observability tools.
- Support release deployments, change requests, and production implementations.
- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams during incidents and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications in production.
- 3+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, XML, and REST APIs or web services.
- 3+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
- Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, ETL processes, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, release support, root cause analysis, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting Windows Server, IIS, enterprise web applications, F5 load balancers, and networking.
- Experience with ServiceNow, SSIS, enterprise integrations, Oracle databases, or Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience supporting high-availability and business-critical systems.
