What you will do

• Plan and manage production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Coordinate nonwoven fabric and yarn production, processing, and raw material management.
• Track production performance indicators and support SAP-based operations and data management.
• Support period-end closing processes and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing performance.
• Support shop-floor quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or a related area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of nonwoven materials, industrial equipment, or the automotive industry.
• Business English communication skills, including email writing and reporting.
