Mechanical Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Pyeongtaek, South Korea; onsite role with weekends, holidays, and rotating 4-team, 3-shift work

Salary: KRW 42,000,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Support equipment modification and improvement projects focused on productivity and energy efficiency.
• Manage spare parts and consumable inventories, including stock monitoring and purchase requests.
• Maintain work logs, equipment histories, maintenance records, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Boiler teams to improve equipment reliability and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
• High school diploma or higher.
• 0–5 years of equipment maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts on a 4-team, 3-shift schedule.

Nice to have

• Mechanical Engineering education at a technical high school or an associate degree in a mechanical-related field.
• Welding, lathe machining, or forklift operation skills.
