Product Manager - Integrations (API)

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration platform and API ecosystem.
• Drive API capabilities, including API strategy, marketplace initiatives, developer self-service, and monetisation opportunities.
• Lead strategic integrations, including the Workday integration layer, to increase customer adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, commercial teams, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Manage the structured, customer-focused migration away from legacy integration capabilities.

Requirements

• Product management experience in platform, API, integration, SaaS, or B2B software environments.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into successful roadmaps.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and customer-centric product development.
• Ability to balance technical, commercial, and customer priorities.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Technical background in software development, integration technologies, APIs, or platform engineering.
• Experience with API management platforms, developer ecosystems, or API monetisation models.
• Knowledge of HR technology, payroll solutions, or enterprise software integrations.
• Experience with Workday integrations or similar enterprise integration environments.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
