Focus on resolving complex benefits issues, supporting audits and nondiscrimination testing, coordinating with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, and vendors, and improving benefits systems and processes.
Location: 10 Brookline Place, Brookline, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with occasional onsite attendance

What you will do
- Provide one-on-one support on benefits education, plan interpretation, enrollment, transactions, and escalated Benefits COE tickets.
- Administer health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, educational benefits, childcare programs, and other offerings.
- Troubleshoot benefits system issues and escalate complex matters to HRIS and benefits specialists.
- Support benefit plan audits, nondiscrimination testing, data gathering, research, and employee communications.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Information Systems, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate processing.
- Support orientations, benefits presentations, open enrollment, benefits fairs, plan enhancements, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- At least two years of progressive employee benefits experience, including benefits operations, compliance, vendor management, and complex project execution.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of employee benefit programs, administration processes, policies, procedures, and benefits systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle.
- Strong customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
Nice to have
- Three years of employee benefits experience.
- Experience supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
