RWE Project Lead

Salary: $148,500–$214,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary real-world evidence projects across relevant therapeutic areas, managing execution plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with RWE portfolio heads, global project teams, clinical science, research, digital, regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Translate user needs into project goals, minimum viable products, system requirements, business cases, and dependencies.
• Execute project roadmaps and ensure successful delivery of evidence-generation initiatives.
• Support portfolio and platform strategy, including access to fit-for-purpose datasets and roadmap development.
• Generate and discuss regulatory and real-world evidence packages and support dissemination of study outputs.

Requirements

• PhD or MSc in Health Sciences with a quantitative background, Epidemiology, or Public Health.
• At least 2 years of experience with real-world evidence or clinical projects in industry.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects and strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of real-world evidence, data analytics, statistics, and clinical development.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory environments affecting clinical development plans, labeling, and promotional claims.
• Experience or strong interest in big data and modern technology-stack environments.

• Experience in therapeutic areas such as immunology and inflammation, neuroscience, or rare diseases.
• Experience working successfully in a global, matrixed environment.
