Project Lead (Neuroscience)

Location: Atlanta, GA; field-based with local, regional, and national travel required

Salary: $200,000–$225,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead the national Community Medical Liaison program supporting Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Neuroscience.
• Serve as the primary operational and strategic relationship manager for hirify.global and client stakeholders.
• Direct field execution, territory coverage, stakeholder engagement, and patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional education initiatives.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, performance reporting, risk mitigation, budgets, scope alignment, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, mentor, hire, and develop field-based Community Medical Liaison teams.
• Present business reviews, performance summaries, marketplace insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, nursing, public health, health sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Seven to ten years of relevant healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical affairs, clinical education, behavioral health, social work, or field leadership experience preferred.
• Prior people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team development.
• Experience leading complex client-facing projects, contract teams, cross-functional initiatives, or field-based healthcare programs preferred.
• Knowledge of neuroscience, behavioral health, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, mood disorders, healthcare delivery systems, and patient or caregiver education preferred.
• Strong project management, executive communication, stakeholder management, healthcare compliance, privacy, and regulatory skills; a valid driver’s license is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced clinical licensure or mental health certification.
• Experience with strategic advising, contract and resource management, succession planning, and change leadership.
