Private Wealth - Sales & Promotions, Analyst/Associate (Alternative Investments)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and asset management companies in Japan.
• Support the adoption of hirify.global investment solutions and contribute to the growth of the private wealth business.
• Understand and articulate fund objectives, terms, exposures, characteristics, positioning, and performance.
• Conduct teach-in sessions and end-client seminars at distributor branches and online.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries and provide ongoing product and advisor support.
• Work with investment, legal, compliance, finance, and other internal teams to resolve client issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional experience in financial services, preferably in asset management, wealth management, or alternative investments.
• Strong presentation skills for distributors, end clients, and senior management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Passion for capital markets, alternative investments, and retail and high-net-worth businesses in Japan.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; relevant local financial product sales licenses are required or must be obtained after joining.
