RTR Accountant (Finance)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Azcapotzalco, Mexico City (hybrid role)

What you will do

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across LATAM and North America to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in RTR processes, General Ledger, or accounting operations.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting.
• English: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a shared services or global environment.
• Exposure to LATAM and/or North American accounting processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Portuguese language skills.
