Payroll Services Consultant (Irish Payroll)

Location: Kilkenny, Ireland; temporary contract based in the Kilkenny office with a hybrid working model

Salary: €37,500–€45,000 gross annual, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Run full end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of Irish client accounts.
• Gather and validate the data required to implement and operate client payrolls through the platform.
• Work with the Implementation team to set up payroll software for new clients.
• Keep the Payroll Manager informed of project status and escalate risks and issues.
• Process monthly payrolls, including ROS submissions and payments.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze data and reach sound conclusions.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute as a flexible, proactive, and pragmatic team player.
• Payroll experience is advantageous but not required; full training is provided.
