Senior Inventory Control Associate

Location: Singapore; onsite inventory and warehouse duties

What you will do

• Lead deliveries from the loading bay through quality control, receipt, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain organized shelves and perform stock rotation according to date order.
• Record stock movements and issues in inventory control systems and prepare inventory reports and dispositions.
• Ensure the pre-assembly area is stocked and process internal material requisitions.
• Conduct cycle counts, monitor call-off orders, and prepare interlab shipments with the required logistics documentation.
• Deputize inventory duties to junior staff and support compliance with department SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in a relevant field.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience analyzing reports to support process improvements and accurate data entry.
• Experience operating inventory control and related systems.
• Comfortable entering a cold room below 10°C for 1–2 hours daily; a jacket is provided.
• Comfortable working less than four hours of overtime per week on average when required by the business.
