Site Coordinator- Data Centers

Location: Augusta, GA, USA. Full-time onsite role with travel as required.

What you will do

• Coordinate technicians across multiple construction and operating sites for installation, commissioning support, service, and troubleshooting of RICE-based power generation equipment.
• Plan work priorities, technician deployment, and site coverage for construction, start-up, and operational activities.
• Coordinate service interventions involving mechanical, electrical, controls, generator, balance-of-plant, and auxiliary equipment issues.
• Support root cause analysis and follow-up actions for technical issues and repeat failures.
• Serve as the technical interface between technicians, project and service teams, customers, and site stakeholders.
• Track progress, ensure tools and documentation are available, provide daily reporting, and escalate technical or schedule risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 7 years of experience with installation, commissioning, service, or maintenance of power generation equipment, ideally RICE systems.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating technicians or small site teams across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of LOTO, commissioning safety requirements, and safe installation, commissioning, and service practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, coordination, and communication skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls topics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel and PowerPoint, and with Smartsheet.
