Associate Manager – Global Pricing (HTA and Pricing Reporting)

What you will do

• Support global pricing processes in partnership with global and country pricing and market access teams.
• Prepare HTA and pricing newsletters covering decisions, trends, and implications from major HTA bodies such as NICE, HAS, G-BA, AIFA, and CADTH.
• Monitor HTA submissions, appraisals, pricing approvals, reimbursement outcomes, and emerging payer policy trends across key markets.
• Track competitor reimbursement milestones, launch timelines, pricing decisions, access restrictions, and lifecycle management developments.
• Define business requirements, user stories, and KPIs for HTA and pricing dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
• Collaborate with analytics and market access stakeholders to ensure dashboard quality, consistency, governance, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access or consulting.
• Experience across several therapeutic areas and with intelligence reports, newsletters, or strategic analyses.
• Understanding of HTA methodologies, reimbursement pathways, and pricing regulations across the EU5, US, Canada, Japan, and other major markets.
• Mandatory experience with pricing and market access databases and tools, including NAVLIN, IQVIA PADDS, PRISMACCESS, or APM Health Europe.
• Fluency in English for verbal and written communication in a global environment.
• Graduation in pharmacy, life sciences, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree with a strong pharmaceutical pricing, market access, and reimbursement background.

• Advanced Excel and VBA skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and data visualization tools.
