What you will do

• Maintain and enhance BXCI operating and fund models supporting firmwide forecasts and projections, including cash flows across products and strategies.
• Update individual fund models for investment activity, performance, and projections.
• Partner with investment teams on PM reporting, fund analyses, and ad hoc requests.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting on BXCI financial performance for senior leadership.
• Support AUM reporting, segment reporting, financial analysis, and coordination with finance and consolidation teams.
• Support investor relations, new product reporting, technology and process improvement initiatives, and senior-management special projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience in investment banking, FP&A, asset management, or a related financial role preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Exceptionally strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, collaborative mindset, organization, and time management skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and interest in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
