Relationship Analyst (Investment Management)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; office-based four days per week with flexibility to work remotely one day per week

What you will do

• Support Relationship Management and Business Development teams across assigned institutional accounts in the Middle East.
• Analyze client portfolios, investment products, market trends, investment guidelines, fees, and regulatory considerations.
• Prepare customized presentations, briefing books, collateral materials, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate client communications, presentations, roadshows, review meetings, and responses to client inquiries.
• Manage and maintain client data, reporting requirements, onboarding templates, and CRM records.
• Coordinate RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, prospect reporting, and operational responses with internal teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant client service experience, preferably in investment management.
• Experience with institutional clients and consultants is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of capital markets and/or investment products, plus knowledge of the Middle East market.
• Strong academic background; progress toward CFA, CAIA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
