What you will do
- Support end-to-end fieldwork activities for qualitative and quantitative market research assignments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including agencies, recruiters, and panel providers.
- Track fieldwork progress, maintain trackers and status reports, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Assist with vendor sourcing and management for recruitment and data collection.
- Monitor sample quotas, validate respondent profiles, and ensure proper audience targeting.
- Conduct basic data quality checks, escalate risks, document learnings, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in market research, fieldwork operations, or survey execution.
- Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative primary research methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking and basic data handling.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and oral communication skills.
