What you will do
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide operational insights and support cost savings and efficiency.
- Monitor reporting products and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights to leadership.
- Research and propose improvements to business processes through advanced analytical solutions.
- Communicate findings and present insights to stakeholders across the Operations division.
- Manage user acceptance testing and the rollout of new systems and system upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards.
- Experience with SQL is required.
- Experience with GitHub or similar code-management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in aviation or travel operations.
- Experience in digital or analytics-related roles within the airline industry.
