What you will do

• Present news stories and other content across broadcast, CTV Digital, websites, and social media.
• Host a Digital CTV show and write clear, engaging news stories.
• Produce newscasts, provide direction to team members, and support copy editing, research, and programming coordination.
• Report from the field, conduct interviews, and respond to breaking news and urgent newsroom situations.
• Edit assigned video clips and participate in promotional activities and community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of experience in news reporting or anchoring, depending on market size.
• Strong on-air presence, news judgment, written and verbal communication, and ad-libbing ability.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide, motivate, and mentor others.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and flexibility to work any shift.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and solve problems effectively.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Spanish ability.
