Senior Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, product quality, layouts, tooling, equipment, and production controls.
• Lead and coordinate successful New Product Introductions within Operations.
• Support implementation of the hirify.global Fulfillment System across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and service.
• Contribute to facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Implement process documentation, demand-driven strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with shop-floor personnel and cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing methods, systems, flow, efficiency, and operating cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 5+ years of related experience in an engineering function in a similar working environment.
• Proficiency in CAD, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methods.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally in high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Strong organizational, written, oral communication, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and priority-management skills.
