Location: Jacksonville, North Carolina, United States; onsite at 118 Western Blvd. Only candidates legally authorized to work in the U.S. will be considered.

What you will do

• Develop new and existing commercial loan relationships and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Administer a commercial loan portfolio against credit quality, profitability, growth, and service objectives.
• Assess borrower creditworthiness, repayment ability, financial condition, and collateral value.
• Monitor loan performance, maintain borrower relationships, resolve issues, and reduce portfolio risk.
• Prepare compliant loan documentation and present loans exceeding lending limits to appropriate committees or officers.
• Represent the bank in community activities and support community development and business growth.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 10 years of experience, including lending banking experience and customer-focused work.
• Knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
