Member Service Representative (Part-Time) – NS Everett

Location: Everett, Washington, United States (on-site). The role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance.

Salary: $23.75–$27.55 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide counseling on deposit, lending, credit, and debit card products and services.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and other routine transactions.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-service products through member education.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while following banking regulations.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Research, analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-production, changing environment.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Ability to support change initiatives and maintain composure under pressure.
• Availability Monday–Saturday based on business needs; part-time schedules are typically 20–25+ hours per week, with longer hours required during training.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of deposit and loan products, services, and operational procedures.
• Customer service experience, preferably in banking or another financial institution.
