Member Care Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Onsite at the Corporate Office, 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027, United States. This is not a remote position.

Target hiring range: $17.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and before eligible incentives.

What you will do

• Receive member calls, identify their needs, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide account balances, activity, history, documents, transaction explanations, and statement copies.
• Process withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance, stop payments, overdraft advances, and courtesy pay requests.
• Research and resolve escalated member issues, including questions about NSF checks, dividends, rates, and loan payoffs.
• Explain and promote deposit accounts, loans, credit union products, and services.
• Set up online and telephone banking access, coordinate branch appointments, and attend assigned meetings and training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Phoenix corporate office; remote work is not available for this position.
• Successful candidates must authorize credit and criminal background checks.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills.
• Experience in a financial institution or credit union call center, or teller/banker experience.
