What you will do

• Process banking transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to client inquiries in person and through telephone, email, and written correspondence, taking ownership through resolution.
• Verify client identities before releasing information or assisting with transactions.
• Research, document, resolve, and escalate client issues while coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Recommend appropriate products and services, review reporting, and support operational controls.
• Meet service, turnaround-time, cross-selling, risk-management, compliance, audit, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience in customer service, branch banking operations, treasury management service, or a similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry-level knowledge of banking, loans, treasury management products, and commercial banking services.
• Entry-level knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, industry standards, and banking practices.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a call center or with cash handling.
