Engr II, EE (Semiconductors): Maintaining and improving assembly backend equipment at a semiconductor manufacturing site with an accent on preventive maintenance, calibration, equipment utilization, and throughput. Focus on resolving equipment issues, controlling spare parts consumption, implementing retrofits, and creating maintenance SOPs and operating instructions.

Location: Kaohsiung, Taiwan; onsite at the Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park branch.

What you will do

  • Maintain assembly backend equipment to maximize uptime and utilization.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration and resolve equipment issues.
  • Evaluate equipment and implement retrofits to improve efficiency and throughput.
  • Review spare-parts consumption and control maintenance spending.
  • Update equipment maintenance documentation, daily check sheets, spare-parts records, and SOP/OI documents.
  • Provide training for engineers and technicians and develop error-proofing activities.

Requirements

  • College degree or higher in engineering.
  • More than one year of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Practical skills in preventive maintenance and equipment calibration.
