Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid work with 2–3 days onsite per week

Salary: $56,310–$69,930 per year

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to directors, managers, clinicians, and faculty involved in clinical, academic, and research activities.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, communications, office supplies, mail, work orders, and general correspondence.
  • Support patient and clinical staff scheduling and communicate with internal, external, and research collaborators.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, letters, and other documents; perform data entry as needed.
  • Review and reconcile P-Card charges, process expenses and vendor payments, create invoices, and order office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel, support onboarding and training, identify workflow needs, and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, and Adobe.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, problem-solving, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with staff, leadership, patients, external contacts, and collaborators while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 2–3 days per week as part of the hybrid arrangement.
