Lead Change Management Analyst

Location: United States; CST or EST time zones

Salary: $115,100–$165,450 base pay annually, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead change planning and readiness activities across technology and process transformation initiatives.
• Assess impacts on employee groups, identify adoption risks, and track readiness indicators.
• Design training materials, user guides, toolkits, job aids, FAQs, SharePoint sites, and self-service resources.
• Coordinate and deliver live, virtual, and on-demand training tailored to different employee audiences.
• Support stakeholder communications, leader talking points, change champion networks, and feedback loops.
• Monitor adoption and engagement metrics, conduct post-launch reviews, and improve scalable enablement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, Communications, HR, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in change management, enablement, training, organizational development, or technology implementation support.
• Experience supporting technology or process transformation initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
• Experience developing training materials and enablement resources.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ADKAR or Prosci change management methodologies.
• Experience with digital transformation, AI enablement, or employee experience initiatives.
• Experience using PowerPoint, SharePoint, learning platforms, or knowledge management systems.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and adoption metrics analysis.
