Quality & Training Specialist, Spanish Speaking - Video Safety Operations

What you will do

• Conduct analytical audits of human content moderation and track accuracy, root cause analysis, and appeal success metrics.
• Investigate recurring quality issues, identify error patterns, and translate findings into process improvements.
• Interpret complex or high-risk safety cases, validate benchmark data, and support accurate policy enforcement.
• Lead calibration sessions and collaborate with BPO partners and internal teams on global quality goals.
• Resolve edge cases, cascade policy and guideline updates, and verify implementation across partners.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports using QA dashboards, root cause analysis tools, calibration platforms, and AI; lead or support training rollouts.

Requirements

• Proven quality assurance experience in trust and safety, compliance, or a high-volume operational environment.
• Experience with root cause analysis, trend identification, performance targets, data integrity, and process optimization.
• Strong judgment in interpreting content policies and standard operating procedures for complex or high-risk cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, calibration, and training skills.
• Fluency in data visualization, reporting, and QA or calibration tools, with the ability to use artificial intelligence to streamline workflows.
• Fluent Spanish is required for local content and stakeholder interactions; fluent English is required as the primary working language.
