What you will do

• Execute manual, exploratory, regression, smoke, and release-validation testing for native Windows applications.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Python and existing automation frameworks.
• Report defects clearly and collaborate with software engineers on investigation and resolution.
• Maintain test documentation and improve test coverage over time.

Requirements

• Experience in software quality assurance or quality engineering for consumer or client-side software.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing, test case design, exploratory testing, and defect reporting.
• Experience with test automation and scripting using Python or similar programming languages.
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals and quality engineering practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD-based development and validation workflows.
• Ability to analyse and debug issues, communicate clearly, and collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience building or extending automated test suites in Python.
• Experience testing Windows-based desktop or platform-level applications.
