What you will do
- Define and evolve SQA strategy, standards, and long-term direction across multiple PC applications.
- Design, own, and improve scalable SQA automation frameworks and validation strategies across unit, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Establish quality metrics, benchmarks, release criteria, and CI/CD-based quality gates.
- Identify systemic quality risks and lead cross-team SQA initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to influence quality and delivery decisions.
- Serve as a technical authority, advise on SQA topics, and mentor senior SQA and software engineers.
Requirements
- Deep experience in SQA, quality engineering, or test architecture for complex production-grade software systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQA automation and quality tooling using scripting or programming languages such as Python.
- Experience designing and owning automation frameworks and validation strategies across multiple test levels.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD-driven development, validation workflows, quality gates, and release readiness.
- Ability to analyze and debug issues in C#-based client applications.
- Experience with stable, reliable, consumer-facing client applications operating at scale, plus strong technical judgment and stakeholder communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building SQA frameworks or tooling in Python.
- Familiarity with Windows-based client application platforms.
- Experience debugging system-level or native components, including C++ dependencies.
- Experience defining organization-wide SQA standards, metrics, or release criteria.
