Senior Analyst, Pricing & Analytics

Location: Denver, CO; hybrid schedule with in-office work required two days per week

Annual base salary: $74,000–$100,000

What you will do

• Produce valuation analyses for non-agency mortgage whole loans, including non-QM, RTL, HELOC, second-lien, and jumbo loans.
• Analyze residential mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and unsecured consumer loans.
• Maintain valuation models and data sets.
• Manage and execute assigned projects independently.
• Support colleagues with operational tasks and client service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years of industry or relevant experience, typically in an Analyst-level role.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Strong data management skills and close attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of mortgage-related financial and fixed-income topics.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• CFA designation or demonstrated progress toward the CFA designation.
• Familiarity with Intex, Andrew Davidson & Co. (ADCo), SQL, and Python.
