Advisory Manager (Organizational Change)

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $139,100–$151,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery for advisory engagements and partner with client stakeholders to drive outcomes across organizational change, operations, and transformation.
• Manage small teams and own workstreams covering strategy, operating models, organizational design, and change management.
• Execute projects end to end, including planning, estimation, delivery, issue and risk management, and resource allocation.
• Design and facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to define future-state processes and capabilities.
• Develop change strategies, stakeholder impact assessments, communication plans, and training approaches.
• Coach Associates and Senior Consultants while partnering with Principals and Vice Presidents on engagement quality and client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or highly relevant industry experience, including meaningful experience in management consulting, organizational change, operating models, or transformation.
• Experience leading teams and workstreams on change, organizational, or process-focused projects.
• Knowledge of consulting frameworks such as Prosci, McKinsey 7-S, Target Operating Model, EOS, Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or Business Model Canvas.
• Project management experience covering planning, estimation, execution, issue and risk management, and resource allocation.
• Experience facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable experience.
