VDC Coordinator II (BIM)

Location: Remote for candidates residing in AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, IN, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WV; preference given to Arizona applicants. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Estimated pay ranges: Virginia: $85,900–$114,000; Washington: $90,100–$119,400 per year.

What you will do

• Support VDC and BIM objectives in collaboration with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams.
• Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D models according to project requirements and company standards.
• Assist with model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination issue resolution.
• Prepare and manage federated models and coordination files in Navisworks and other VDC platforms.
• Perform model quality control reviews and support constructability reviews and field implementation.
• Contribute to BIM documentation, training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of VDC workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in VDC, BIM coordination, design technology, construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Revit, including models, views, sheets, families, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for model review, coordination, and clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
