Associate Director, Digital Product Management, Catalysts

What you will do

• Embed with complex, high-priority products and teams to accelerate adoption of hirify.global’s Digital Product Operating Model.
• Coach Digital Product Managers and cross-functional teams in product strategy, discovery, outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, prioritization, and value measurement.
• Temporarily lead product management responsibilities when no Digital Product Manager is assigned, including product direction, stakeholder alignment, roadmaps, and trade-offs.
• Partner with business, technology, data, design, compliance, quality, and adjacent product teams to resolve dependencies and improve product ways of working.
• Execute Catalyst engagements, measure adoption and capability growth, and transition durable product practices to embedded teams.
• Capture engagement insights and turn them into reusable examples, templates, standards, and playbook improvements.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 3 years, master’s degree with 5 years, bachelor’s degree with 7 years, associate’s degree with 12 years, or high school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience.
• Progressive experience in digital product management, including product strategy, discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, delivery, and outcome measurement.
• Experience leading complex, interdependent, high-priority products or initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and upskill product managers, product owners, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous environments, including problem framing, dependency resolution, trade-off recommendations, and stakeholder influence without formal authority.
• Experience with OKRs, KPIs, outcome-oriented product management, value realization, and product operating models.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, regulated industries, high-tech, digital, consulting, or product-led organizations.
• Experience contributing to product playbooks, standards, templates, training, or adoption approaches.
• Familiarity with AI-native product development, generative AI workflows, and responsible AI principles.
