What you will do

• Manage and oversee transaction execution for European real estate credit investments.
• Prepare and review pre-deal documents, including engagement letters.
• Advise on deal structuring and support term sheet negotiations.
• Coordinate transaction management across the business and with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Review and negotiate a broad range of transaction documents across jurisdictions, asset classes, and complex capital structures.

Requirements

• At least five years of post-qualification experience in European real estate credit transactions.
• Experience managing projects and third parties, including outside counsel.
• Proactive approach to working in new situations and managing transaction-related issues.
• Strong motivation, initiative, intelligence, and a record of excellence in prior endeavors.
