Associate Legal Counsel, Debt Capital Markets (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support financing strategy and structuring for EMEA projects in partnership with Treasury and regional leadership.
• Integrate financing and collateral requirements into customer and project documentation.
• Manage negotiation of transaction documents and align commercial arrangements with financing objectives.
• Lead legal due diligence, coordinate tax financing diligence, and oversee external counsel, banks, and law firms.
• Oversee authorisations, board approvals, lender conditions precedent, drawdowns, amendments, and waivers.
• Provide legal support throughout the lifecycle of financing arrangements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in project finance, real estate finance, or asset finance at a leading law firm or reputable in-house institution.
• Exposure to a variety of debt products and the ability to manage financing transactions from structuring through closing.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial judgment, and execution standards in complex transactional environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech fluency and willingness to use AI tools, PowerPoint, and Excel to streamline legal execution.
