TL;DR
Paralegal (Corporate & Finance): Supporting cross-border corporate and commercial matters through due diligence, contract drafting, negotiation, legal research, and regulatory analysis with an accent on multi-jurisdictional transactions and client support. Focus on coordinating multiple tasks, analyzing laws across jurisdictions, and assisting corporate partners in Beijing and other offices.

What you will do
- Support the Corporate & Finance group on corporate and regulatory matters.
- Assist with cross-border transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and legal research.
- Draft commercial contracts and analyze laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Support corporate partners in Beijing and other offices on client projects.
Requirements
- PRC legal qualification is required.
- At least one year of legal experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership.
Nice to have
- Additional legal qualification in Hong Kong, England & Wales, New York, or another common law jurisdiction.
